Hi,

I may have a way to load the poi.
1) get a usb cable male-male
2) connect this cable to the PC and to the USB socket (the one used to play music)
3) reboot the Garmin device by a long press on the vocal command button
4) the needed driver shoul install on the PC
5) start POILoader (a Garmin tool to do that)
6) select your POI folder
7) done!

Post Careful Using USB - I bricked my unit thru USB for Maps updt

I see the immediate previous post was suggestion using the USB port to connect to the InfoTainment system to your computer.

I had my computer connected via male/male USB to the unit and updated my maps thru the USB.

Now my unit is bricked.

Garmin tells me they can't help.
Suzuki can't help other than charge me close to $3000 for a new unit.

P.S.
I've already got a replacement unit coming.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to recover the bricked unit, I'm willing to try just about anything.
