Post How do we turn system off

We have a brand new swift sz4 used for driving tuition. Every time the car is restarted (eg a pupil stalls or something) the garmin system starts up by itself. We need to disarm this function, can someone tell me how we can do this as it isn't helpful to learners .

Other than to remove a fuse from a fuse box?
