Garmin Watch as Evidence
I am looking for information on the accuracy/reliability of a Garmin watch to act as evidence in court.
Essentially to prove whereabouts.

Re: Garmin Watch as Evidence
Garmin watch - nope (too easy to temper)
Dash cam - yes (easy to detect tempering)
Smartphones (cell tower connection & phone log) - yes (reliable third party source)

Re: Garmin Watch as Evidence
Find a lawyer.
Any good lawyer can validate any bad source, or invalidate any good evidence. Yes, find a good lawyer.
