Hi,

Just registered, having found this site, and very useful it is proving to be.

I have a motorhome and for some reason this year the Garmin is losing signal regularly. Garmin have agreed to replace it, but I wonder has anyone modified a Garmin to fit an external aerial, as we are 3.5m high, a roof mounted aerial would get a much better signal than sitting on the dash.

Any help would be gratefully received
