I've just purchased a Navman 416LM device and I can't get it to be recognised by my computer running Windows 7 64 bit...
Any ideas?
Also getting frustrated as I can't find a contact form/email address for Navman support and can't phone them during the times the help line is open in the UK as I'm at work 8:30 - 6pm Monday to Friday...
Thanks, I tried that but apparently they only help ANZ based customers and I'm in the UK, who only appear to have a telephone number open during office hours when I can't phone as I'm at work.
