Quick question.
On a relatively recent Nuvi 1390 are the POI kept on the SD card along with the maps or on internal storage? I have a US unit, with US maps and a card with Euro maps. So, am I loading a separate set of POI on each card or all POI on the unit itself?

From what I can tell the POI are actually kept on the unit.
You can switch out SD cards with various maps, but the personal POI remain.
What's somewhat more striking is that the North America maps appear to also remain even when the maps on the SD card are of a different continent.
