My new (1 month) Garmin 2360 sometimes turns itself off when the screen is touched even though the battery indicator light shows that it is charged. Does anyone have a similar problem? If so, how can it be rectified?
Have seen other models with similar problems fixed with software upgrade.
The best place to start would be with Garmin support, seeing as the unit is only 1 month old.
