When i try to update the map on my TomTom One i keep getting this error. I updated the program and turned off my firewall and I am still getting the same error. Any suggestions? At the moment the device has no maps on it. Not sure if i can put the old map back on it but i paid for the updates so i might aswell update the map.

Hi Sharon well looks like we got the same problem, updating vis TThome is an absolute nightmare. I've got a gut feeling the Actual map and the firmware aren't compatable! You might have to update the firmware ie software before installing the map. try using home to use your device and see what happens. check back to see how you went REGARDS ME!
