Tom tom knows there is an issue with the screens and yet they wont do anything with mine because I don't have the receipt. It was a gift for my husband from my daughters.!

It's driving me insane!
Only way out is to get the receipt from your daughters, if they still have it.
Unfortuneatly, nearly all manufacturers of all products stipulate this, and you can't blame them as some people will try anything on.
If receipt lost, misplaced etc, do they have bank records of transaction as that would be sufficient hopefully.
