POI BMPs don't show

I have a 1490 and I uploaded some POIs using POILoaderforWindows_261. the data uploaded fine, but the BMP icons do not show up on the device. I uploaded the csv and bmp files, is there something I forgot?

I've been trying to track down the reason for black squares for a couple of weeks now with no luck.

POI BMP don't show.

The name of the data file and the .bmp MUST MATCH except for the file extension. If you are getting a black square for an icon, it's from the poi editor default symbols.

Guys, I can make a simple online converter to convert your icons to 8-bit BMP if anyone is happy to test how it works.
