I have a Garmin Nuvi 855 and it draws a cyan coloured line on the map to show where you have been. More and more of these lines accumulate after every trip. You can even see where you have reverse parked or done a 3-point turn. Is there a way to remove these "route history" lines, as I find them a bit distracting?

It's ok. I finally stumbled across the answer myself. Go to Tools/My Data/Clear Trip Log and BINGO! - blue lines are gone.
