Do you have a memory card that is not recogonised ( too big ).
Have you tried a smaller card ?

Have you turned custom poi on. Are they gpi files your trying to use. Is the folder directory garmin/poi/poi.gpi or poi file if it has been renamed. as in previous post above is sd card even recognised.

It should support up to 4GB cards. Try formatting it and try again.

Also check the format of SD. It should be FAT not NTFS for Garmin.

NTFS will not work under 30gig so it has to be FAT32

Garmin does not support the newer high speed SDHC card. On my 765T I used a SDHC Class 4 4GB SanDisk without problem, but I understand class 6 or 10 may not work. Check for compatibility with your device.
