Tomtom offer a map update and/or a 12 month map update package but the Tomtom site defaults to having to buy both. If I accept, the site declines a valid credit card. Has anyone else had this issue with Tomtom's site?

Best bet to send them an email. How have you been doing it? through the tomtom home application?
