A month ago I purchase a TomTom One new addition with the intention of using it when I visited the UK.
With that in mind the UP map through the TomTom web site.
Using TomTom Home I tried to download the map and received a "Socket Error".
After logging an issue with TomTom support and not receiving a reply for 10 days I managed to get hold of their phone support phone number (02) 8875 1700 (Sydney, Australia).
I was told that the new addition of TomTom one was not compatable with Home and that they couldn't help me.
I guess it's back to the UK UBD for me.
I hope this message helps others in the same boat.
