Just updated Garmin maps with a 60 day limit after purchasing for Nuvi 1390t , wanted to know if I do a RESTORE any time after the 60 days , will my new maps disappear or will they stay?

No, your map will be fine. Restore only restores user settings. The older map (more than 1 GB) is gone from your system. There is no way for the GPS to retrieve and replace it when you restore your unit.
