Tomtom Should have a feature where you can avoid arriving at your destination on the left.This is annoying sometimes with the U-Turns,that's why I always preview my route.

You can record on the X20, x30 and X40 your own voice for this alert. Normaly you will create a differece between the 2 alerts.
