When i switch my Navman F20 on, itm displays "Bootloader 4.10.101 4 built on Jan 11 2007 at 15:31:20" and under it in red writing it says "F20 failure. Please return the unit to dealer". Has anyone had this before, and if so what does it mean and is there a cure for it.
Many thanks and hope someone can help me.

F20 has an internal micro SD card. This message means that there is something wrong with it.

If you dropped the unit it may have dislodged. In that case opening the unit and re-seating the card may help.

If card itself failed than there's nothing you can do except returning the unit to Navman for repair.

OR

You could open the device but as most are still insidet he 2 year warranty The new reworked motherboard and firmware update will stop it comming back.
Alternatively connecting the device to a power source then turning on can sometimes by-pass
