I've tried loading the website POI's on Mac using the POI Loader for Macintosh, don't work . The data will not highlight on the desktop to load. Any help here if you have a Mac computer. I've tried Parallels Desktop application, but it will not see the Nuvi 360 via the USB.

What file types are you seeing? They need to be csv or gpx filetypes.

I use a Mac computer with the Mac version software from Garmin and have had no difficulties as of yet. Garmin has a Mac specialist on staff that you can talk to if you need to trouble shoot your difficulty. You can reach them in the US at 1-800-800-1020. Be sure you ask to speak to the Macintosh specialist or you will wind up talking to someone else.
