Purchased 2 Tom Tom One 140, loaded new software but Tom Tom Home message is run via PC feature not avaible for this model, also the Backup restore feature not avaiable.
Is this true with the 140 model?
Eventually found that Account login was the problem, login to old Tom Tom One V3. Had to generate a new email address and create a new Tom Tom account for the Tom Tom One 140 to enable all the PC functions. I have a number of Tom Toms for different usages and I find it annoying to have a different email address for everyone Tom Tom to get updates. I have used my change device in 6 months so it forces you to create another account with a different email address.
