Has anyone come up with some software that will change the voice message after a certain occurence.

What I mean by this is if the system is telling you to turn left and you don't, then it recalculates and you still don't do what its telling you to do...then a messages should say for example....."Have someone else drive...you can't take instructions!" Can you imagine some of the messages that can be created then.

The mind boggles.
I can think of several sugestions, but I wonder who would get offended first, the Driver, or the GPS.

Try voice editor or speech editor for Garmin. You can edit Garmin TTS files to say whatever you want. Once you have downloaded the software it is really simple to use.

I use it a lot.
It does not work with all models. Some basic Garmin models are not supported (250W and StreetPilot C320).
It works well with other Nuvi, Zumo and StreetPilot models.
They are running under Windows only. Scan them first. Mac is not supported.
