Has anyone had any problems with the bluetooth on 265wt or any fixes? The microphone has to be real close to your mouth otherwise no one can hear you?

Can be a problem if used in a noisy enviroment, as the mic picks up all surrounding noises, so your voice has to be louder than those sounds.
