Unit: Navman S70 3D

Not sure how to solve this problem. Navman won't allow me to 'OK' on screen.

Info: Exception 0xC0000005 has occurred.

Can someone please advise.

Linzi,
Try hard resetting it.
Hold the on/off button down for 10 seconds.

I got the same error last week with an address of otada0bdo. Rang Navman tech and they said it was an error with the bluetooth and were sending me an email with instructions on how to fix it. Unfortunately 3 days later I haven't received an email.

It took some finding!

You will have to listen to their auto attendant for quite some time but you do get through in the end.
