Can anyone help me, my navigator can not pick up satellites. My cellphone network support team referred me to Nokia!

Where do you most often try to pick up satellite reception? A number of things can affect your phones abilty to get a lock. These include physical surroundings such as big tin sheds, buildings made from reinforced concrete and so on. Also the gps receivers location within the phone can have a big part. A good example of this was N95 vs N82. The chip was moved to the other end of the phone and reception improved dramatically. What happens with yours in different locations and orientations?
