Ok I have tryed every thing I can read and think of I can load the files and get a warning but all I have is a gray dot and a bing. Any way to get bmp and mp3 sounds? All files and mp3 and bmp are the same folder and load with garmin loader. Lost please help; thank you
Nuvi 200 won't play .mp3 files.
Download a .wav file from either Nokia or Navman from the same spot you got your POI and .bmp files. Name appropriately and run POI loader again. If you get an error saying "can't find \Garmin\sox.exe" you need to download the sox.exe program. It will convert the Nokia and Navman .wav files to a format Garmin likes. POI loader's latest implementation was shipped without sox.exe on board causing the error message.
