I have a Move85LM which got disconnected from the PC in the middle of doing an update and the unit does not boot properly anymore. Now, while it appears as a drive in explorer (Win10), NavDesk does not recognise it as a NavMan unit.
NavMan support tell me that this means that a 'SmartRecovery' is not possible, however I'm not buying it.
There must be some file which needs to be present so that NavDesk sees it as a NavMan Unit.
Anyone have any ideas as to how I can get this unit up and running again?
Anyone with a Move85LM willing to send me a copy of the contents of their NavMan unit's drive?
