Attn Customer service.
I was having a problem with my forerunner 235 heart monitor and contacted your support personnel. I was told I had computer issue and needed to purchase a travel package and then pay technical support.. (Which I didn't..)
I finally hard reset the watch and the issue with the heart rate monitor was solved.
I currently own five Garmin products. but if this is the level of support that I can expect, I may need to rethink my loyalty to garmin
I was very disappointed with the quality of assistance
In addition fining a way to email Garmin directly was impossible
