Hi, I only want to make an appointment as MyGov won't allow me to make an appt. I've been calling Centrelink Mossman FNQ for the last couple weeks and EVERY TIME it's busy! How am I supposed to give changed details and new info if I can't even talk to a human being, or the Centrelink website is down and being fixed?
Please help, I live in Port Douglas, and seriously, it shouldn't be this hard to talk to someone in a Govt dept that's supposedly meant to be user friendly and readily accessible.
