Just went through a horrible customer agent in my life...Navman is the worst GPS you can get..To update this device is a pain. We bought this device last august 2012 and they promise to give us the latest Map update within a month but to get the update it took me a year! Customer service agent Name Helen is terrible...she is not very helpful at all...she sounds like she doesn't care to help you at all.!!!!! worst...i will make sure to let everyone know not to get Navman ever again.....!!!!
