Updates still available, and think the program is for sale. It used to come with GPS originally, and, Basecamp is nowhere near as good as Mapsource unfortunately. :cry: |

| Posted by mikeb Mapsource availability For those who wish to get Mapsource: Mapsource is available as a program with map data and therefore the licence for the map. If you already have a Garmin GPS/Nuvi, you can by the 'Trip and Waypoint Manager' (Mapsource without the Map) which is a lot cheaper(AU$39). Once you have the program on your PC(only), the next time you update your navigator's map, half way through the process there is an advanced tab on the bottom left of the window, when you click on the button an option to update GPS/update maposource/update both is available. Select Update both, after you do this your Trip and Waypoint Manager will have the same maps as on your Garmin Navigator and is full Mapsource. Hope this helps. |
