Faulty vivosmart HR and bad support

I am exhausted with having to deal with Garmin, I have had an issue with some core functions on Garmin Viviosmart HR for two months - it has stopped syncing any of my activities, except the last one I record. Numerous emails to support have not helped to resolve the issue, and frankly I am getting tired of being politely told to be patient. I am never, ever, ever, going to buy one of Garmin's products again - I have basically bought a faulty device and am stuck with it as support fails to solve the issue, refund me, replace the device or even bother to respond to my emails - 3 weeks ago I sent support a zip of my device, at their request, and since then, radio silence....absolutely terrible support and bad product.
