| Posted by Sally123 Rogers Store Victoria Park Today I went to the phone store to pick up my new phone. The store hours specifically stated they are open at 10am and when I arrived at 11:15am there was a sign that said "Just stepped out, But will be back in 10 minutes" I sat outside waiting for AN HOUR and when the the sales representative (a female with red hair) finally opened the store I asked her "Sorry I thought you opened at 11am i've been sitting outside waiting for AN HOUR". She responded very rudely saying "yeah I needed a break" and continued to stare at me daring to say otherwise. I did not appreciate the customer service I received at this store and hope that no other customers encounter this similar service. |
