| Posted by PaulaM Lidl Swords My elderly father who suffers with heart failure and is on medication to relieve fluid was in your shop today and suddenly needed to use your bathroom. He explained his condition but was told no our toilets are for staff only. He had to rush out to JCs to go. Absolute shame on you and your female staff member whose name I won't mention. Train your staff to do the right thing and recognise a genuine situation. This will be broadcasted further. Incidentally he spent 140euro in the shop this morning. |
| Posted by pjrich Re: Lidl Swords That is a shame. I sometimes need to go urgently and whilst in Lidl the other day I just asked and they opened the staff door and let me through. Just goes to show all staff are not the same. |
