| Posted by Guest MTO Office Parry Sound To whom it may concern: Regarding highway 518 culvert replacement construction. There was (is ) a dangerous situation that happened today and could repeat itself. A front end loader operator was transporting, in it's bucket a very wide load of steel beams in the air. These beams were so long that they extended way over the center line of the roadway thereby creating a decapitation hazzard to oncoming vehicles especially tractor trailers. These beams were not marked with flags, red tape or any other warnings and you couldn't see them until your right on them. Please be advised. |
