| Posted by milagro42 New member cannot download POI's I am a new member and have been trying to download POI files for the UK. I have paid through paypal for Pubs, Restaurants ,Post Codes 1, Post Codes 2 and even a second time for another run at Post Codes 1. Only the Pubs POI file downloaded, all of the other listed above have been paid for but did not download even though I had to click on the download button to initiate the purchase. I cannot find any "cart" where they might be waiting for me to take some action or any other place where they might be hiding. I tried to contact the admin for help with this but could not until I registered. So, of course, I did but now, when I complete the boxes under "contact" the system rejects my message saying I must enter a valid email address. The email address enteres is not only valid, it is the address under which I registered. Grrrrrr!! Very frustrated here and wondering if someone can help steer me in the right direction. | Posted by Mark Re: New member cannot download POI's Hi Michael, You successfully added a few files to your GPI file. Go to any POI file (e.g. postcodes) and press the Download button / GPI file to download your GPI file. That file contains all POIs placed to your Cart. | Posted by papand10 Can't download Hi I purchased the item on the cart and when I press download , it downloaded but it say safari can't open it cause there no application that could open it , which application could open it ? I have a mac .thank you |
