Adele, who I see most days, is the most wonderful member of your staff, as they all are, of course. But, Adele has gone out of her way to remember my name, helped me with my tyre pressure, and came out with me and used the machine, herself. Every time I see Adele, she always has a ready smile; if I don't get her, I can always hear her, being very friendly and helpful towards the other customers. She is a credit to you...you should be very proud of her. She asks for nothing, in return, why would she? This is her positive attitude, towards you, the company she works for. She is remarkable, because I know that sometimes, she might not be feeling so good. Thank you, lovely lady. Xxx |
