| Posted by willbanlaki Adding POI files to TOMTOM Via 1415 Hi all- been out of the game for awhile and now have a new Tomtom Via 1415. The my drive connect software and my PC does not recognize the tomtom as a USB drive entry even though it shows device connected. It will load updates to device automatically with the software, but I am not sure how to add the POI files to its drive when it doesn't come up as a connected device under " my computer"? Any assistance would be appreciated. |

| Posted by jamieb9999 TomTom Ya I have the same issue as well with a TomTom Via 1515 it won't recogonize it as a USB device you have to use the TOM TOM software (MyDrive Connect) and right click on the icon down in the tray and click on manage community content to upload images or sounds or anything like that. It is absolutely stupid I would agree with you I don't like TomTom too much either their support is absolutely horrible as well. |
