| Posted by jrmoore How do I download a POI file? I have been trying for about 30 mins to download a POI file for my VW RNS-510 but for the life of me, I cannot work out what I am doing wrong. I click on the various settings for the UK, the file I want is a safety camera file, I click on the link for VW RNS-510 and it asks me if I want it adding to cart, so I click yes......................and...........eeeerrrrmmm! What now? Is it sent via email, is the cart an invisible thing I have yet to discover, what now?? Julian |

| Posted by jrmoore Download where? Hi Mark, I have been using systems for 30 years and never had an issue like this. I have tried to log in with the email address and the PIN where do I then go to find the file? Where is the download button? It must be very frustrating for you as an administrator to try and help me out but I just find this website the most difficult I have ever used as there are no indicators?? Julian |
