| Posted by I wish I knew I've registered but nothing else Maybe I am doing something wrong. I was taken to a page saying I would receive an email once the registration was processed. I have not recieved an email. I have checked the spam file. I try 'contact' from the home page but have to enter a username and password which I do not have. I have emailed and not recieved a reply. If I try to download anything I get a message telling me I have reached my daily download, even though I have not downloaded anything. I'd like to use this site but so far it has taken my money and given nothing back. Does anyone have a working contact address so I can sort this out? Clive |
| Posted by Mark Check your email Hi Clive, Did you use msn, outlook, hotmail or any other spam-riddled webmail service provider? We sent email with all registration details immediately. Can you please: - call your email service provider to check if they have a delivery problem, - add "gps-data-team.com" domain to your "safe e-mail list", - check your "bulk mail" or "junk mail" , or - go to PP to get your registration back. | Posted by Guest Same subject Thanks for that Mark. I had already checked all folders in my email account. I added the email address to my safe list and re-registered. Still no email. I will try again but first I will change my email address. |
