Which POI to download?

I'm a registered user and have access to the customer only POIs, but the Road Safety POIs are very vague and seem duplicate.

I want every type of camera on a POI including speed/safety/red/variable/fixed/etc but not sure which to download.

Which one do I actually get so I don't get duplicates?

Nothing wrong with a few extra beeps and icons! I love extra alerts with camera icons and speed limits. If you don't like it: get the largest files (SC, SRC and RLC) and do not load any other speed limit files.
