| Posted by lindamc657 Tom Tom Carminat (frozen screen) Please can someone help, 4 months ago I bought a Renault Megane Dynamique with built in Tom Tom. At the time the tom tom did not have a memory card, so I bought one, downloaded the software, and for 3 and a half months it worked perfectly. However, now all I have got on my screen is an egg timer which will not go away even when the car is switched off. Its lit all the time. I contacted Renault who said to take fuse out and put back in, but it remains the same. I'm so lost. Please, can anyone help me. :cry: |

It's broken. It looks like a simple Take-it-Out and Put-a-New-One-in issue. What would your dealer do if the signal light is broken. Is your 4-months old car under warranty? Take it back and ask them to fix it. Cheers |

| Posted by Guest Tom tom frozen screen Try inserting SD card and then start the engine. Turn engine off and remove SD card. Wait at least 30 seconds before replacing SD card and restart the engine. That should unfreeze frozen screen. :!: |
