| Posted by MegaDoofus Free updates: 205w VS 255w question I own a Garmin Nuvi 205w. I've always received free map updates for it via Garmin Express without ever having purchased an update of any sort. Map updates are just free. However, I just purchased a used Garmin 255w as a gift and when I connected it to the Garmin Express program, the only map updates it offers are the sort you have to pay for (one time or life time). If I exchange the 255w for another 205w, will I still get free updates for it like I do for my original 250w? Thanks for any input. |
