| Posted by amormortis POI not working Unfortunately I am not able to download safety poi. There is no button to download anything! I just click for the Netherlands or whatever I get on the site and end up there again over and over again. What am I doing wrong!! I have a Nuvi t660. |

I just ran a test with the Netherlands link and I was able to download the POI without any issues. Maybe try logging out and logging back in again and see if that helps. Which browser are you using...... sometimes I have issues with Chrome with other websites and if I instead use Internet Explorer to view the trouble website... everything works. Roy |

| Posted by jrmoore Frustrated VW RNS-510 user Hi Roy, I have also had the most horendous time trying to figure out how to obtain the file I have paid for. Under instruction from Mark, I logged out clicked and paid £1 for the VW RNS-510 Safety Camera file, but having recieved a PayPal acknowledgement and a box telling me to log in with my email and the PIN, there is no download button and I cannot see for the life of me where I am supposed to go to press the download button.
