| Posted by saramb GARMIN NUVI 2797 touch screen problem When I identify a destination and press the touch screen nothing happens (the touch screen works fine for other functions like search, settings etc), so frustrating as it is brand new but i cannot use it.... Can anyone help? |
| Posted by rodney_button GARMIN NUVI 2797 touch screen problem Why don't you try voice command and see if that temporarily overcomes the problem? If the problem persists I suggest that you return it for repair/replacement whilst it is still under warranty. |
