| Posted by gavbrad Looking to buy satnav with USA maps Hello, Myself and my girlfriend are travelling the west coast of the USA for 2 months (April to June). I will be hiring a car for the duration and am looking to buy a SatNav as I don't have one at present. Seems like I could buy one with USA maps on already or buy one and download USA maps onto it? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks Gavin |
| Posted by johmazz2006 Re: Looking to buy satnav with USA maps Have had a few Garmin units over the years and would suggest buying one of them with Lifetime maps included. Allows you to update the mapping without pay through the nose later on. |
