| Posted by Supashawn Nuvi 1300 - No Qwerty keyboard I have a Nuvi 1300; it is supposed to support Qwerty keyboard. When going into settings, system... there is no option for keyboard at all; does not even have a keyboard button. When I click "about" it says of the keyboard "unknown"??? I was thinking that I could get the file and through my computer manually install the keyboard. I copied one off of a nuvi 50LM but; either I did not do it right or it will not work because the 50 uses a different software. Any ideas and/or is appreciated. |
| Posted by Guest Keyboard Layout Update I had the same problem and contacted the Garmin customer service. After trying several things, I asked them to send the keyboard layout update files. It finally worked! |
