| Posted by Geoffatthc Garmin Nuvi 2598 POI limit I am considering changing my old but trusty nuvi 250 for a Nuvi 2598LMT. But I understand the 2598 does not store poi's on the removable card but rather on internal storage. I have a vast collection of poi's built up over years and I am concerned that the internal storage of 2598 nwill not be adequat (I know the 250 could not store them all internally). Does anyone know what the limit if any on what 2598 can store? Geoffatthc |
| Posted by johmazz2006 poi storage Think it would depend on the size of the POI's you wish to save as it may be more than the internal memory capacity. Try to load them and see. If the size is too large for the spare memory it should let you know and give you some options. |
