| Posted by spakkaps 3490LMT Stays Quiet when approaching POI Hi, I have a new 3490LMT (updated from a TOMTOM) I have downloaded the Safety camera POI files and have two problems. 1st, when using POI Loader it comes back with an error Unable to convert wav file to proper format. therefore the file was not transferred. In the folder I have the WAV, MP3, GPX, BMP, XLS, so I assume the MP3 has been converted or transferred ? 2nd problem, when you approach a camera the POI warning comes up on the screen and a little speaker shows but the voice warning stays quiet Everything is turned on in Proximity Alerts on the unit. Any ideas ? |

| Posted by johmazz2006 stays quiet You only need one sound file, not two. I.e. .wave. and .mp3 Experiment and see which file your unit uses and only use that sound file only. :wink: |
