| Posted by Seagecko Newbie to TomTom Via 620 I've just purchased a Via 620 after having a Garmin Nuvi 760 for many years. While I am happy with the performance of the TT, I have not been able to upload custom POI files and icons, something I have been doing successfully with the Garmin for some time. It can only be connected to my pc by "My Tomtom", and the pc does not recognize it as an attached drive. Ideally, I would like to load a custom ov2 file and associated bmp icon and ogg sound file, but cannot find how to do it. Has anyone got experience with this particular unit and willing to help? | Posted by Rogella TOMTOM 620 Hi I also purchased one TOMTOM 620 today and it does not seem to recognise TOMTOM Home consequentely all the hours I have spent on making my own Points of Interest have been usless it also does not show up in Windows Explorer Tree. Can anyone help Regards Roger |
