| Posted by ckyr4339 Ique M5 Compatibility discovered on the Garmin Website that the ique m5 is not one of the compatible devices that supports the POI software - might that be why it does not rcognise the device when i connect it? is there an alternative software that i can download that would load the poi files? what is the solution? | Posted by k_harvey GDB file extension for POI Hi, The MapEdit program appears not to be free but currently $65USD. Is there another way I can properly convert gpx files that I have downloaded (5 off) into gdb files for transfer to an iQue 3600 using Palm install utility ? There is no way to upload files to the iQue other than this install facility, I have tried everything - the device is simply not recognised in POI Loader, Mapsource or WebUpdater. What would be really nice would be a merge and conversion tool that allowed all 5 gpx files to become a single workable gdb. Do you know if that can be done ? Thanks in advance Kim |
