| Posted by johnkoole4 Map update on 1450T Hi, I'm getting the message 'your maps are more than 12 months old etc" on the garmin 1450T. When booting up, I'm getting the mesage the 2010 and the 2011 Whereis Maps are loaded. I've tried loading the 2013.10 version of the Aus / NZ map 3 times. Each time it appears to load ok but there's no reference to it in the load messages. I've updated the garmin software and the problem still occurs. Any ideas ? john |
| Posted by mlongo Map update Update firmware gps version, using mygarmin (is more accurate than Garmin webupdater), backup your map data (are in hidden cartel System\ gmapprom.img and gmaprom.unl), and try to upload new map data. If failure, contact your Garmin local support... |
